RPG Coffee Co. Return & Refund Policy
Consumable Goods (Coffee) Because our coffee is roasted fresh to order and is a perishable food item, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any coffee products. All sales of coffee are final. If your coffee arrives damaged, or if you receive the incorrect roast, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof, and we will issue a replacement or refund.
Merchandise (Apparel & Mugs) Our shirts, mugs, and other non-consumable gear are custom-printed specifically for your order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for issues such as incorrect sizing or buyer's remorse.
However, if your merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item with clear photos of the defect, and we will issue a replacement at no cost to you.
Initiating a Claim To start a claim for a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team at support@rpgcoffeeco.com. If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to receive your replacement or refund.
